At the Law Firm Velkaverh, Štravs, Podgornik o.p., d.o.o we have an effective system in place for addressing complaints and according to the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution to be competent to resolve consumer dispute.
